Iris Care Ltd are a small family run team who have all had relatives needing care and extra support, due to this there is a great understanding and empathy of what challenges lay ahead.

Being faced with the difficult decision of having to choose care for yourself or a loved one can often be daunting but rest assured a care home isn't the only option for extra support in later life. The flexibility of our home care services enables you or your loved one to live safely and comfortably in the place they or you know best – home.

Iris care prides itself on being local to the Essex area all managers and staff are local so if there are any problems a prompt response can be provided. Iris care ltd only place carers that are matched with the individual needs. We at Iris care ltd understand the need for clear spoken communication and continuity, transparency is key for you or your loved one’s requirements. Be reassured all staff have a current DBS in place.

The benefits of one-to-one attention can be life changing, everyone understands the strains that the NHS are under. Iris care understands the strain and pressure of a loved one being in a hospital or care setting and not being able to be there personally, due to several reasons so we have now introduced visits on your behalf to hospitals and care homes.

From daily or weekly care visits, right through to the dedicated support of a live-in carer, there are plenty of home-care services available, short-term, long term or an hour-by-hour basis.

Our goal at Iris Care ltd is to promote independent living that suits you and we will work with the individual to create a care plan that will reflect their exact needs to ensure that the support is focused entirely on the person requiring the support. 

Our costs start from £23.00 per hour.
